All orders through invoice #4424 have been packed and are waiting in line for shipping labels. We are getting orders out as fast as we can and we appreciate those of you who are patiently waiting. We are currently experiencing a heavy volume of orders, emails, and phone calls. We are working very hard to get caught up and we apologize to those of you who are waiting for email responses and tracking numbers. Please do not order unless you are PATIENT because there is a ONE TO THREE WEEK average lead time for most orders. Email responses may take longer than usual, but we do read every email. PayPal orders with CONFIRMED addresses usually ship the fastest. If your order has not shipped and was placed over 14 days ago it is probably because we need you to contact us to verify your shipping and/or billing addresses.
We do NOT accept Express mail orders to PayPal unconfirmed addresses or credit card customers who use different billing/shipping addresses.

Some orders are held longer for fraud checks and verification. The best way to get your order shipped quickly is to make sure your billing & shipping addresses match (for credit card orders) or use a CONFIRMED address for PayPal orders.

New orders take 2-15 BUSINESS DAYS to ship (this is the shipping lead time, NOT delivery time). Sometimes delays are caused due to circumstances beyond our control, so we do not guarantee any shipping times. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are usually shipped the following Monday. The only domestic overnight shipping service we offer is USPS Express Mail (the shipping lead time still applies!)

Please do not bombard us with e-mails asking for tracking information: EVERY CUSTOMER AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVES AN EMAIL WITH THEIR TRACKING AND/OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHEN THE SHIPPING LABEL IS PRINTED. PAYPAL CUSTOMERS CAN VIEW TRACKING INFO IN THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT, AND CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS CAN VIEW TRACKING INFO IN THEIR STORE ACCOUNT ON THIS SITE.

WE ACCEPT VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER DIRECTLY THROUGH THE STORE! We still accept all forms of PayPal payments including AMEX cards. Credit card orders are processed by authorize.net, are SSL encrypted for your security, and pass through rigorous fraud checks. Please note that your billing address must match the billing address on your credit card statement or your card will be declined. This new system is much easier to use and a lot more pleasant to deal with than PayPal. Customer privacy is very important to us - your data and personal information are safe! If you wish to have an order over $100 shipped to an address other than your billing address, you must contact us first for prior authorization.

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and you can save a lot of money on shipping when you buy multiple units from the Reseller/Bulk category. Many of you are aware of the situation with TCNiSO. We have discontinued selling any TCNiSO products until the litigation against them is over. We have removed all Sigma modems from the store and will no longer be including any TCNiSO software or firmware on our software CD. We regret not being able to provide their products anymore, however, Haxorware and SB5100MoD are much better firmwares than Sigma. We hope that the community will show support for DerEngel and we wish him the best of luck.
Our diagnostic (premod) cable modems are always shipped with factory MAC addresses and we DO NOT change any other settings. As a reminder to all customers, we DO NOT condone theft of service or any other illegal activities and anyone who expresses desire to use our products for illegal intent will be ignored and we will NOT sell to you. Also, Moto Modz does NOT provide any technical support so please keep that in mind when contacting us.
