Moto Modz offers the following Returns & Exchanges Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

14-day DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee for all products. Products determined to be defective will be repaired or exchanged and shipped back at our cost.

60-day hardware warranty for all pre-modified cable modems (covers hardware failures only). All modems are fully tested before shipping, and hardware failures are extremely rare. Brand new cable modems have a ONE YEAR hardware warranty instead of the 60-day used modem warranty.

USBJTAG, PJTAG, Breakout Elite, and other SBHacker products are covered by a 90-day hardware warranty.

WE NO LONGER OFFER THE 6 MONTH FLASH WARRANTY DUE TO CUSTOMER ABUSE. CUSTOMERS WHO BRICK THEIR MODEMS AND ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR THEM WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND A DEBRICKING FEE.
